Web design Dallas service businesses can actually measure

A website is not a brochure. It is the part of your business that decides whether someone who found you calls you or calls the next company on the list. Most web design Dallas companies sell is judged on how it looks. I build WordPress sites for Dallas–Fort Worth service businesses and judge them on something else: whether you can see exactly which pages produce the calls.

I am not an agency advising from the outside. I own and operate local service businesses in this metro — Maid in Allen TX among them — and I build your site the way I build mine, because mine has to pay my own payroll.

  • Built to be measured. Every form, call and quote request traced back to the page that produced it.
  • Built on WordPress you own. No proprietary builder you cannot leave, no license that holds your site hostage.
  • Built for search engines and for AI assistants. Both read your site. Most sites are written for only one.

Get a free site diagnostic

I go through your site, your Google Business Profile and your search data, and send back what is actually costing you calls. No deck, no pitch meeting required.

If you do not have one yet, write “none”.

Or call (214) 317-1867. English and Spanish.

Got it.

Your site is in my queue. I go through these myself, so you get a real read rather than an automated score.

Why most web design Dallas businesses buy never brings them work

Most Dallas service businesses do not have a design problem. They have a measurement problem wearing a design costume. These are the six I find most often when I open a site.

Nobody can tell you where the calls come from

The phone rings, work gets done, and no one knows whether it came from search, from Ads, from a neighbor or from the sign on the truck. Without that, every marketing decision is a guess with money attached.

The form is a dead end

It submits, it says thank you, and the message lands in a mailbox nobody checks — or nowhere at all. A form with a single delivery destination loses leads silently when delivery fails.

The site is slow where it matters

Loading time is judged on the first screen a person actually sees, on a phone, on cell data. Desktop-fast and phone-fast are different numbers, and only one of them is what your customers experience.

One page is doing the job of ten

Every service crammed onto a single “Services” page. Search engines cannot tell what you specialize in, and someone looking for one specific job has to hunt for it.

The redesign erased the history

New site, new URLs, no redirects. Everything the old site had earned in search goes to a 404, and the drop shows up six weeks later when nobody connects it to the launch.

The site reads well for people, not for machines

Critical information lives inside images and sliders. Crawlers and AI assistants read text and structure. If your services and your service area are not in text, to them your business barely exists.

How I build web design Dallas owners can rely on

Four fronts, in this order. Design is the fourth, not the first — because a beautiful site pointed at the wrong page still loses.

1. Structure before styling

One page per service, one intent per page, with a URL that says what it is. The person searching for one specific job lands on the page about that job, not on a menu.

2. The conversion path, wired end to end

Forms that deliver to two destinations, a click-to-call that works on the first tap, and the confirmation shown on the same page — never on a separate thank-you URL, which breaks the tracking you just paid to install.

3. Speed measured on a phone, on cell data

Images sized and converted, scripts trimmed to what the page uses, and the result checked against Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds rather than against a vanity score.

4. Readable by search engines and by AI assistants

Real heading structure, services and service area in text, LocalBusiness structured data, and an llms.txt file following the published specification so assistants can read your business the way a crawler reads your HTML.

Measurable web design Dallas service businesses can use

What web design Dallas owners get in a build

Scope depends on how many services you sell and how much of the current site survives the diagnostic. This is the standard list.

Site architecture

  • One page per service, mapped to how people actually search for it
  • Service-area pages only where there is demand and real work to show
  • Internal links pointing to the canonical URL, never through a redirect
  • A redirect map from every old URL to its closest live page, so the launch keeps what the old site earned

Pages and copy

  • Home, services, about, contact, and the pages your sales conversation actually needs
  • Copy written for the objection your customer has, not for a word count
  • English and Spanish as separate URLs when your market needs both — never two languages on one page

The conversion layer

  • Quote form with two delivery destinations, tested with a real submission after launch
  • Click-to-call in E.164 format so every Android dials on the first tap
  • Sticky mobile call bar that respects the phone’s safe area
  • Submit button that disables on send, so one nervous double-click is not two leads

Technical and measurement

  • GA4 through Google Tag Manager, with the form submission verified firing in real time
  • Schema for your business type, emitted from one source only
  • Core Web Vitals checked on mobile before and after
  • Security, backups to an external destination, and a single caching tool — two of them fight, and the symptom is a form that stops sending with no error at all

What I will not do

I will not put a review count or a star rating in your site’s structured data unless you have that many real, verifiable reviews. Google penalizes it, and more to the point, it is a lie printed on your own business.

What changes after launch

I do not promise a number of leads by a date. Anyone who does is selling you a package, not a diagnosis. What I can tell you is what becomes visible, and what you get to decide with it.

You know which page produced the call

Form submissions and calls attributed to the page and the channel that generated them. This is the input every other marketing decision depends on.

You can price a lead

With attribution working, cost per lead and cost per acquired customer stop being estimates. You can tell whether a channel pays for itself, which is the only question that matters.

Your ads stop paying for a broken landing

A Google Ads click into a slow page with a dead form is money spent to be ignored. The same build serves organic and paid traffic, so the ad budget stops subsidizing a leak.

You stop losing what you already earned

The redirect map means the rankings and links the old site accumulated move to the new pages instead of dying at a 404.

AI assistants can read you

When a customer asks an assistant who to call in your area, the answer is assembled from text and structure. A site built only as a visual cannot participate in that answer.

Web design Dallas owners actually own

WordPress, your hosting, your account. If you and I stop working together, the site stays yours and any competent developer can pick it up.

How the work runs

Five steps. You approve at step three, before anything is built.

  1. Diagnostic

I go through your current site, your Google Business Profile and whatever search data exists, and write up what is costing you calls. You get this before you spend anything, and it is yours whether or not we work together.

  2. Architecture

The page map: what pages exist, what each one is for, which search intent it answers, and how the old URLs redirect into it. This is where cannibalization gets prevented, not after launch.

  3. Copy and design, approved before build

You read the actual words and see the actual layout before a line of code gets written. Changes here cost nothing; changes after the build cost time.

  4. Build and instrument

Pages built, forms wired to two destinations, tracking installed, schema emitted from one source, speed checked on mobile. Nothing ships until a real form submission arrives in both destinations.

  5. Launch and watch

Redirects go live with the site. Then I watch Search Console and Analytics through the weeks where a bad migration shows its damage, and fix what surfaces.

Why work with me

I operate the businesses I market

Maid in Allen TX, Teresa’s Office Cleaning, Jericho Cleaning Services, Rodillo Sueco and EduCan MX are mine. When I tell you a form field is costing you leads, it is because it cost me leads on a site where I pay for the consequences.

I find the causes other people route around

On one site, redirects were being intercepted before they ever reached the visitor. I isolated the cause with a controlled deactivation test instead of guessing, and the dead URLs started resolving again. Most shops would have added another plugin on top.

I clean up technical debt instead of layering on it

One site had grown five different form systems over time. I consolidated all of them into a single synchronized pattern across the whole site, with no broken layouts left behind. That work is invisible until the day it is the reason your forms still work.

I build for AI search, not just Google

llms.txt, content negotiation for markdown, an explicit allowlist for assistant crawlers, and trust pages written to be quoted. Very few small shops implement this in 2026, and it is what a customer notices when an assistant recommends your competitor instead of you.

Who this does not work for

  • You want it live next week. The architecture and redirect map alone take longer than that, and skipping them is how a redesign destroys a business’s search traffic.
  • You want the cheapest site available. There is always a cheaper template. It will look fine and measure nothing.
  • You want a price before I have seen your site. A price quoted without a diagnostic is a package, and a package is how you end up paying for work your business did not need.
  • You want someone to own the marketing decisions for you. I hand you the numbers and my recommendation. The decision stays yours.

A site is where traffic converts. These are the channels that send it there, and where the whole picture lives.

Questions people ask before hiring

How much does a website cost in Dallas?

Most web design Dallas agencies quote is a package priced before anyone has looked at your site. I do not quote before the diagnostic, and I would be careful with anyone who does. The price depends on how many services you sell, how many pages that requires, whether the current site’s content survives, and how many old URLs need redirecting. The diagnostic is free and it is what produces the number.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope, and the honest answer is that the two slowest parts are usually not mine: getting your content and photos, and your approval at the copy stage. What I can commit to is the sequence — nothing gets built until you have approved the architecture and the copy.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you redesign my site?

Not if the migration is done properly, and this is the single biggest risk in any redesign. Every old URL gets mapped to its closest live page, the redirects go live with the site, and I watch Search Console through the weeks when a bad migration shows its damage. Redirecting everything to the home page, the shortcut a lot of redesigns take, is treated by Google as a soft 404 and loses exactly what you were trying to save.

Do you use WordPress or a page builder like Wix or Squarespace?

WordPress, on hosting you own. Hosted builders are fine until you need something they do not offer, and then you cannot leave without rebuilding from zero. On WordPress the site is yours, and so is the decision to work with someone else later.

Do you work with businesses outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. I am based in Allen, Texas, and I also operate businesses in Mexico, so I work in both markets and in both languages. But if you are a local service business, being in the same metro matters: I know what your customers search for here.

Do you build the site in Spanish too?

Yes, as separate URLs, never two languages on one page, which confuses search engines and reads badly to both audiences. And the Spanish version is not a translation of the English one: a Spanish-speaking customer in Garland does not search for the same things, or with the same words, as an English-speaking one in Plano.

Can you work on my existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes, and the diagnostic is what decides it. If the structure is sound and the problem is the conversion layer or the speed, rebuilding is a waste of your money. I will tell you which of the two it is before you commit to anything.

Will the site work for Google Ads traffic?

Yes, it is built for both from the start. Organic traffic and paid traffic want the same things from a page: it loads fast on a phone, it answers the exact query that brought them, and it makes the next step obvious. Where a campaign needs a dedicated offer page, I build that separately and keep it out of the search index.

What do you need from me to start?

For the diagnostic: your website address. That is it. To build: your services, your service area, your photos, and roughly two hours of your time spread across the approval points.

Send me your site. I will tell you what is costing you calls.

You get a written read on your current site — structure, speed, conversion path, and how it looks to search engines and AI assistants — before any money changes hands. It is the same review I run before quoting any web design Dallas project. If the answer is that you do not need a new site, that is what I will tell you.
