Digital marketing for local businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth

I’m not an agency that advises local businesses. I own and run them, and the marketing I’ll sell you is the same marketing I use to keep my own phones ringing. SEO, Google Ads, websites and measurement — done by the person you actually talk to.

Residential and commercial cleaning here in DFW. A manufacturer in Mexico City. Aviation training lead generation. Five businesses I own, plus digital assets I operate for others. Every recommendation I make is one I’ve already made with my own money on the line.

Free visibility diagnostic

I’ll look at your site, your Google profile and the competitors beating you in your area, then tell you what I found and what I’d fix first. No cost, no obligation. I won’t quote you before I’ve seen your site — anyone who prices it sight unseen is selling you a package.

Got it.

I’ll go through your site and your Google profile before I reply, so what comes back has actual findings in it, not a welcome template.

Who this is for

Local businesses where the next job starts with a phone call

Plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, cleaning companies, auto shops, landscapers, contractors, clinics and small firms across Dallas-Fort Worth. Businesses with a service area, a phone that has to ring, and no marketing department.

  • You do good work and the internet doesn’t show it.
  • You’re paying for ads and can’t tell what they’re actually producing.
  • Someone built you a site years ago and nobody has touched it since.
  • You’ve been through an agency and got reports instead of customers.

And who it isn’t for

I’d rather say this now than bill you for three months to reach the same conclusion:

  • If nobody answers the phone or replies to forms the same day, marketing just brings you more missed opportunities.
  • If you expect the top spot in 30 days, this isn’t the service.
  • If you’re shopping for the cheapest vendor, there are cheaper options than me and I won’t match them.

What I do

Four services, and I’ll tell you which one you actually need

Most businesses don’t need all four. The diagnostic exists to work out which one is your bottleneck before you spend anything.

The difference

I run local businesses. That changes what I recommend.

Most marketing people learned this by advising other people’s businesses. I learned it by making payroll with it. The businesses I own and operate:

  • Maid in Allen TX — residential cleaning in Allen and north DFW.
  • Teresa’s Office Cleaning — commercial and office cleaning.
  • Jericho Cleaning Services — cleaning services.
  • Rodillo Sueco — a roller manufacturer in Mexico City.
  • EduCan MX — lead generation for aviation training.

I also operate digital assets for third parties, including an auto glass shop in Houston.

13 YEARS

SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, analytics

Bilingual, and I work the anglo and Hispanic markets in DFW with different messaging, because they don’t search the same way or with the same words.

ONE PERSON

You work with me, not with a junior

The person auditing your site, writing your pages and walking you through the report is the same person who answers your call. That caps how many projects I take at once, and I’d rather say so up front.

NO HANDOFF

Nothing gets outsourced offshore

No content farm, no white-label vendor in another time zone writing about a city they’ve never been to. If I don’t know something, I say so instead of filling the gap with volume.

How it starts

Three steps before you spend anything

STEP 01

Diagnostic

I go through your site, your Google profile and the businesses currently beating you. You get what I found and what I’d fix first. No cost. If you decide not to move forward, the diagnostic is still yours.

STEP 02

Proposal with fixed scope

This is where pricing shows up, because now I’ve seen the ground. Scope, order of work and what I need from your side, in writing.

STEP 03

Work, then measure

Whatever is blocking gets fixed first and analytics gets verified against real data before anything new gets built. Then a monthly report with the source next to every number — nothing I can’t trace back to Search Console, Google Ads, Analytics or your own call log.

Questions

What owners ask me first

What does it cost?

I won’t price it before seeing your site, your Google profile and your competition, because the actual work varies enormously between a clean site that only needs content and one carrying years of technical debt. The diagnostic is free and the proposal that comes out of it has fixed scope and fixed pricing.

Which service do I need?

That’s what the diagnostic answers. As a rough rule: if you need calls this month, ads come first; if you want your cost per customer to come down over the year, SEO does; if your forms don’t deliver or your analytics record nothing, neither one will work until the site is fixed.

How fast will I see something?

The Google Business Profile is usually the first thing to move, because category, service and service area changes get processed quickly and they feed straight into the three local ranking factors Google documents: relevance, distance and prominence. Ads produce calls as soon as they’re live. Organic ranking is slow by nature. I don’t give dates, and I’d be careful with anyone who does.

Do I need a new website?

Almost never. Most WordPress sites can be fixed and extended. I recommend rebuilding only when the template makes it impossible to measure, index, or hit Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds, and in that case I’ll give you the technical reason rather than a sales argument.

Do you work outside Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. The method works the same in any market and I operate businesses in Houston and in Mexico. What’s specific to DFW is that I know the ground firsthand, because my own businesses compete in it.

Do you work in Spanish?

Both languages, with separate keyword research for each. A Spanish page here is not a translation of the English one, because a shop owner in Garland and a firm in Plano don’t search with the same words.

Next step

Start with the diagnostic, not with a contract

Give me your site and I’ll review your visibility, your Google profile and who’s beating you in your area. You’ll get what I found and what I’d fix first. No cost, no obligation, and no made-up price before I’ve looked.
